Romgo was born in Mexico City in 1960.

He studied at the Escuela de Bellas Artes and attended various courses on grafic design and etching. Calling himself a “constructor of images”, his vast production is captivating and magical.

He has exhibited in Mexico City and the USA.

He won a Prize from Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes. In April this year, he was invited by the Instituto de Bellas Artes to exhibit in the Salón de la Plástica Mexicana.
