Víctor Manuel Uhthoff López was born in Mexico City in 1950.

From 1971 to 1974, studied Visual Arts at the UNAM (San Carlos Academy).

1984-1985: studied Cinema at the National Fine Arts Institute.

1985-1987: published short novels for SNIF and BRONCA

1974-1988: Professor at the Science and Humanity College, teaching Grafic Expression and Environmental Design.

1984-1986: Professor at the Political Sciences Faculty, teaching Culture Industry in Mexico.

1986-1988: Coordinator for Cultural Diffusion, C.C.H. Plantel Oriente.

EXHIBITIONS

AWARDS

In 1983, Víctor obtained the First Prize for his short novel ¨El Garbanzo¨, organized by the State Department of Public Education.

He lives and works in Mexico City.
